• Through your Islandcasino.com account you can check your reward Points and request to redeem your points.

Participation
• Once we accept your application for enrolment in Islandcasino.com we will automatically establish a Reward Account for the Loyalty program in your name.
• You are bound by all procedures and conditions we establish from time to time regarding the Loyalty Program, Rewards, or Redemption of rewards.

Earning Points
• The Loyalty Program began on January 30th, 2004.
1. Earning points is easy, on straight wager, props and money lines you will earn 1 point for every dollar you win. For exotic wagers like parlays, teasers etc.. you will earn a point for every dollar you risk. * Any bonuses or freeplays & matchplays that are received when customers make a deposit or through any promotion, are NOT eligible for bonus points.

*Any free money won through our Loyalty Points Program must be bet five 5 times in the Sportbook, and 20 times in the Casino, before taking a payout.

*Freebets granted through our Loyalty Program that are used by a customer and end up being graded as a Push/No Action are considered valid and no further free bets will be granted.

Redemption
• Points can be redeemed according to how many have been earned on a number of offers, such as branded goods, free bets, or gift items from our range of online stores.
• Points earned are for the member's benefit only and may not be transferred to anyone. The Account holder cannot combine points with any other account and the points cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Neither we nor any of our affiliates nor our subsidiaries have any responsibility or liability for any expense, loss, injury, damage, shipping delay, accident or any other matter or thing whatsoever when you Redeem your points for rewards. Any liability we may have to you, for any negligence, breach of contract or otherwise under any particular circumstances, will be limited to crediting your Account with the number of points you redeemed in connection with all circumstances.
• Customers will be responsible for the shipping charges when redeeming their rewards.
• You are not entitled to redeem any more points until all your free bets have been played.
Points redemption: one time per day.

Note: Free Bets  are not valid on Circled games or combined with any other bonus offers. They can not be used for placing wagers on horses, home team advantage teams, best bets of the week, or any other existing or future betting promotions. The maximum payout for any freeplay is $3,000. Player must place at least one wager per calendar month to retain loyalty points. Points will expire after 6 months without use.

Rules
• We are not responsible for unauthorized use of your reward points.
• We are the final authority as to the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions and as to any other questions or disputes regarding the Program or any Reward.
• If we allow an exception to the redemption rules for any reason, this does not constitute having waived any of our future rights to administer the program.
• The awarding of Islandcasino.com Rewards points and the redemption of Rewards are void where prohibited by law.
• It is not allowed to accumulate points by purchasing them in order to redeem a reward.
• Membership in the Program and all related benefits are offered at our sole discretion.
• Islandcasino.com reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time.
• We can change these Terms and Conditions, any Program features, benefits or rules, redemption procedures, change or cancel Rewards and the terms or conditions of any other Program documents, all without notice, and even though changes may affect the value of reward Points already accumulated. For example but without limitation: add, delete or change, suppliers, time limits for how to collect, redeem or use reward points, Rewards, travel restrictions, or any fees or charges or taxes payable by you.
• If we cannot confirm that points were properly issued or obtained we may refuse to record or honor them.
• It is your responsibility to check the Member Agreement page of the Islandcasino.com Web site regularly to determine whether this Agreement has been modified.
• If no reward points are recorded in your Account for 12 months we may terminate your enrolment.
• If at any time you commit fraud, misrepresent any information, violate any of these Terms and Conditions, abuse your Program privileges or, in any other way, act to the detriment of us or any affiliates or Suppliers of the Program, we may, without affecting our other rights, terminate your enrolment and/or cancel your Points.
• If a reward Point is cancelled for any reason it becomes void without compensation and may not be redeemed.

Privacy Statement
• We must collect personal information from our Loyalty Program - name, address, telephone number, date of birth and e-mail address- and transaction information. It is used to credit your Loyalty Program Account, to communicate with you and for shipping reward items and check that you are over 18 years old. We may also ask for additional information from you on a voluntary basis through surveys and other means. If you choose to not provide this information, it will not affect your status as a Loyalty Program Collector. We may use this information from time to time to promote additional products, services, Rewards and special offers only from us.
• We do not give, rent or sell our Collector lists to any organization or individual.

Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL ANY OTHER COMPANY WITH WHICH Islandcasino.com HAS A CORPORATE PARTNERING RELATIONSHIP, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, CO-BRANDING, CO- MARKETING, JOINT DEVELOPMENT, A MERCHANT RELATIONSHIP, OR A SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR NON- PERFORMANCE OF Islandcasino.com OBLIGATIONS. YOU AGREE NOT TO SUE ANY CORPORATE PARTICIPANT FOR NON-PERFORMANCE BY Islandcasino.com. IN NO EVENT SHALL Islandcasino.com BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, CLAIMS OR LOSSES INCURRED (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION COMPENSATORY, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES), HOWEVER CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH: (I) THE PROGRAM; (II) ANY FAILURE, DELAY, OR DECISION BY Islandcasino.com IN ADMINISTERING THE PROGRAM; (III) THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS WEB SITE.
